Having joined the business in 2018 as Operations Director, in 2023 Gavin was appointed Managing Director of Capital International Limited. With a background in lean service, operational excellence and transformation, in his time with the Group, Gavin has successfully led countless projects across the investment business focussed on unlocking value, reducing risk and improving operational efficiency. He has over 23 years of experience in the Life Assurance sector and having worked for two of the Island's largest employers, he has a wealth of experience in growing businesses through corporate structuring. Gavin also has a Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and is currently studying for his Institute of Directors Certificate in Company Direction.
